1. What motivates you to work hard every day?
Winning, and being the best example for my team to follow
2. What practices lead you to success?
Holding my team and myself accountable to nothing other than the system and the basics. Sometimes we overcomplicate the smallest things but it really comes down to your attitude, work ethic and student mentality.
3. What advice do you have for being #1 on a campaign?
if you take care of the small things the big things will take care of themselves. Act like the leader not the manager.
4. What is your routine for running your days?
Lots of spending time with the the team, teaching, training, recruitment and then lots of time in the evenings with the team too.
5. What have you learned about running a company?
Nothing is too big to solve, you just have to work on finding a solution for every problem. Once you focus on the finding the solution, it comes a lot quicker.
6. How do you separate yourself from the crowd?
Competing with myself and not comparing myself to anyone else.
7. What is your greatest weakness as an owner and how do you grow from it?
Biggest weakness is sometimes being scared to fail when in reality failing and overcoming that is more inspiring for those you are leading
8. How do you ensure your agents maintain a standard of quality?
Talking bigger picture about the clients and how sustainable business models work
9. How do you keep your team motivated?
Measurable and achievable goals and keeping daily on target scores of them. Finding out what people are motivated by and helping them achieve it.
10. What do you wish you had known one year ago?
Trust Vs Performance - when building a team and business, trust is the number #1 thing to measure, as opposed to just performance. You can build high performance individuals over time but the longevity in business is how trustworthy each person within that business is.
