SUCCESS STORIES

DECLAN

Declan is 21 years old from Tottenham, North London.

Previously, he competed in football at a semi-professional level alongside working in an estate agency in Central London.

Declan started in the company at 18 years old and was instantly attracted to the no seniority structure, giving him an opportunity to prove his value without being held back due to his age.

Declan’s goals are to use his career to explore the world and live in multiple continents. He has big aspirations to be financially free by 30 in order to invest time into different sports and industries.

LUKE

My names Luke Wellings, I’m 26 years old and was born in Margate, Kent.

Have always had a passion for sport - studying sports psychology as an undergraduate degree as well as a Masters in Sports Management.

I was aspiring to become a football agent before this business working alongside Mesut Ozils agent. Felt a lack of control and progression in the industry.

Joined the industry to help excel my leadership and management skills and will now use this industry to help me not only run my own football agency one day but my own local football club Margate FC too!

JENNA

I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and moved the UK, where I spent my teenage years in Cornwall. Having always loved sports, I went on to study Sports Science and pursue my goal of becoming a P.E. teacher studying at the University of Gloucestershire.

After finishing my studies and realising the limited growth and progression within this industry, I decided to take some time out and travel the world with my best friend as it was something I had always wanted to do. After living out of a backpack for six months, I decided to head back to the UK and pursue my dream of becoming successful in London.

Growing up, my family – especially my dad – always instilled the importance of believing in myself and he taught me a very important lesion which was that if I wanted to achieve something, all I had to do was put my mind to it and find a way to succeed. As a child, he would always make my sisters and I repeat “I am a winner. I will make it happen.” Ever since, this has become my life motto.

Having found this industry and understanding my success required work ethic and positive attitude, I knew I had found the key to achieving the success I had always dreamed. I decided to grab the opportunity with both hands and completed the programme in 7 months. Of course, this came with a number of struggles, the most significant struggle being stepping out of my comfort zone at every stage of the programme and learning to embrace the nerves and fear and replace them with excitement and courage. I soon realised that being uncomfortable pushes you forward, and so I accelerated my development.

My biggest advice to anyone on this programme would be: you really don’t know what you are truly capable of until you push yourself out of your comfort zone and to your limits. Once you see what you can achieve, you will surprise yourself. As this business is purely a learnt business, if everyone else can do it, so can you. You’ve got to tell yourself that if you want to be a winner, you can be, and the benefits of this mentality will change your life.
